Professional Technology’s home inspectors are licensed and certified home inspectors serving southern New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania. Inspections can be scheduled seven days a week, 364 days a year, during daylight hours. Inspections can be scheduled same day, but 24 hour notice is preferred. Pro-Tech inspectors have completed over 18,000 paid inspections and have been in the home inspection business for 27 years. Both home inspectors have an extensive background in building construction and perform a minimum of 20 hours/year of continuing education in their field. Both inspectors are licensed in the state of New Jersey and active members in ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors.

We are able to offer a fair and affordable price, which is considered to be among the lowest in the business. This low price is due to our large volume of inspections, and because we are not a franchise we pay no franchise fees. New Jersey state licensing requires all home inspectors to follow strict guidelines when performing the inspection and generating their reports. Pro-Tech follows these guidelines to the letter and has gained a AAA reputation throughout the business.
Prior to the home inspection conducted by Pro-Tech, the buyer will receive a state required contract via e-mail. The contract will explain how we inspect and those areas that will be inspected, those areas that will not be inspected, our price for the inspection, and how to proceed if there may be a dispute.
Each inspection is conducted by both Pro-Tech inspectors, minimizing the time required to perform the inspection. When the inspection is completed each inspector takes time to walk through the home with the potential buyer and explain all areas of the inspection he has performed. When and if a serious problem in the structure or mechanics of the building should arise, both inspectors evaluate the situation to provide the most educated solution.

The inspection report is generated and sent to the buyer within one to two hours after the inspection is completed as an easy to read PDF file. With the consent of the buyer, Pro-Tech will also send a copy of the report to the buyers real estate agent.
